I'm Dr. Tim Silvestri, creator of the Thriving Based Approach. Just about all psychological and therapeutic theories were created prior to the major advances in neuroscience and applied neurophysiology that has occurred in the past 10 to 15 years. The Thriving Based Approach connects the dots between Applied neurophysiology, performance psychology, and philosophy/logic to prioritize the essential points of knowledge and build the personal systems that will drive your healing, change, and success.
